Ah, thanks. This is perhaps what I should have asked for explicitly:
there is either the issue that is broken for everybody (incorrect), or
that it uses a service that will be turned off at some point. Your
clarification lets me demote the severity of this issue -- I thought
it safe to file the higher one at first. :)
(And I'll get on to poking my local certs...)
