ruby-pg-query now builds fine with this version. I still need some more
dependencies updated/packaged before I can actually test gitlab. Even
then due to #966653 the debian package of grpc/protobuf is unusable for
me for some time and as a work around I have been using the binaries
provided via rubygems.org But I will test again once I have the new
version of gitlab.
