Hmm. Sorry that's not working. The mali binary drivers have now been removed from Debian because they are superseded by the panfrost free driver, and were never much practical use anyway. https://wiki.debian.org/PanfrostLima The binary drivers only ever worked on small subset of hardware because of the way the binary driver was designed. I'm not sure what's gone wrong to produce the failing dependency, but I don't think there is much point investigating at this stage. Sorry. That package too is pending removal.
