Package: snapd
Version: 2.49-1+b4
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

When running a snap command, for example I installed the snap package
'hugo', it always gives the warning message "WARNING: cgroup v2 is not
fully supported yet, proceeding with partial confinement":

---------------------------------------------------------------------------
$ /snap/bin/hugo version
WARNING: cgroup v2 is not fully supported yet, proceeding with partial
confinement
hugo v0.83.1 linux/amd64 BuildDate=2021-05-02T17:25:51Z
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

A similar issue is mentioned in bug #934372 which was initially filed
under a different problem.
