Package: openvpn

Severity: normal

Shortly after the release of 2.4.7-1+deb10u1, a system with unattended-upgrades
configured started to complain:

`systemctl status` reveals that my `openvpn@.service` units are dead, and my
openvpn processes are now sitting inside my `apt-daily-upgrade.service` cgroup.
Pretty sure that's not what we want.
