This is probably a rather recent phenomenon:
$ dh-make-golang create-salsa-project golang-github-muesli-reflow

)
The git repo on Salsa is created, but probably the CI/CD runner set up
is incomplete. I suspect that the default runner for go-team is no
longer available.
Perhaps either dh-make-golang or some Salsa setting needs to be updated.
To be investigated.
