Bug#991815: RFA: sfst -- Stuttgart finite-state transducer tools

I'm interested in adopting. This project is a dependency for 
https://morph.smc.org.in/ which is an initiative I care about.

I have familiarity with the debian-js team's packaging workflow (gbp, 
pkg-js-tools, autopkgtest, salsa, etc). But I've never uploaded a 
package myself (yet).

I have created an account in https://mentors.debian.net/ and Balasankar 
C has agreed to sponsor my upload.

I searched for SFST in salsa, but couldn't find it.

Can you tell me how I should proceed now?
