When I mount nfs with command "mount -t nfs -s -o quota server:shared-dir localdir", I got the error message about an unsupported option. Upstream fixed this issue in nfs-utils 2.5.5. I merged the code and found it addressed my issue. I suggest that debian should take nfs-utils 2.5.5 in service package for 11.0. I am using Debian GNU/Linux 11.0, kernel 5.10.46-4.
