Bug#987378: yara breaks golang-github-hillu-go-yara autopkgtest + ftbfs

Hi,

I think this is done now. With YARA 4.1.2 and 
golang-github-hillu-go-yara 4.1.0 now in unstable, the build works again 
as the build-time tests complete fine.

@Hilko any other comments?
