PDAL 2.3.0 also builds successfully with GDAL 3.3 so I'll upload that to unstable once gdal is built on all release architectures. The gdal upload to unstable had to wait a bit for 3.2.2+dfsg-3 to migrated to testing to fix #993334 there too.
