Package: python3-sphinx
Version: 3.4.3-2
Severity: normal

Hello,
while packaging networkx/2.6.3, i noticed it requires sphinx 4.0 or later.

There's a version in experimental that would meet that requirement, can you
upload it to unstable?

Thanks,
Sandro
