Package: libns3-dev X-Debbugs-Cc: g...@nonempty.org Version: 3.31+dfsg-3 Severity: normal
Dear Maintainer, libns3-dev ships /usr/bin/ns3++, a Debian-specific helper script that is meant to call g++ with NS3's sometimes finicky compiler flags. That helper script hasn't been updated since before the multi-arch days, and therefore fails as it looks for shared objects in /usr/lib instead of the currently used /usr/lib/ARCHITECTURE-TRIPLET. I have submitted merge request #3 on Salsa with a proposed fix. -- System Information: Debian Release: 11.0 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable-security'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 5.10.0-8-amd64 (SMP w/6 CPU threads) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_OOT_MODULE, TAINT_UNSIGNED_MODULE Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_US:en Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages libns3-dev depends on: ii g++ 4:10.2.1-1 ii libns3-3v5 3.31+dfsg-3 libns3-dev recommends no packages. libns3-dev suggests no packages.
