gabedit carries its own embedded copy of spglib. Nevertheless, the build system seems to be able to use system-provided spglib by supporting external_spglib Makefile variable. Some patching is still needed, as source under src/Crystallography/ points to the embedded copy of spglib via relative paths. Andrius
