I've updated fdb, odc, metkit and fckit to also remove 32-bit packages

(metview was already 64-bit only)

Please remove the 32-bit archs - they are no longer supported upstream
Looks like this cannot happen until at least fckit & metkit are also
removed from these architectures:

  $ dak rm -Rn -b -a armel,i386,armhf,mipsel \
    eckit libeckit-dev libeckit-utils libeckit0d
  W: -a/--architecture implies -p/--partial.
  Will remove the following packages from unstable:

  libeckit-dev |   1.16.3-1 | armel, armhf, i386, mipsel
  libeckit-utils |   1.16.3-1 | armel, armhf, i386, mipsel
  libeckit0d |   1.16.3-1 | armel, armhf, i386, mipsel
