You're correct that I did it wrong. Thank you for pointing out. However, I did not mean to assign to a source package in this instance. When a ftbfs/ftcbfs/cross-satisfiability bug is assigned to a source package the meaning is that that particular source package is the one failing to build. However, nghttp2 is not the failing one. It merely is the one that needs to be fixed in order to fix the build failure on nodejs. As such, the bug should indeed go with the binary package and carry the broken source package in affects.
