I tried to use the "JavaScript beautifier" option, and bluefish complained that /usr/share/bluefish/jsbeautify can not be found. I checked, and it is indeed the case. I _suspect_ that this may be a packaging error, as packages.debian.org search indicates /usr/share/bluefish/jsbeautify to be in bluefish-data in Bullseye (as it should be: it is architecture-independent), but it is not there. Meanwhile, the /usr/share/bluefish/jsbeautifier/ directory and the files in it seem to be in the bluefish package (they were in the bluefish-data package before in Buster).
