I add my 2 cents' opinion. I think that official «stable» releases are listed here: https://graphviz.org/download/source/ There is also an issue on the subject stable/dev here: https://gitlab.com/graphviz/graphviz/-/issues/2139 and if I understand well, there is no more dev source package delivery so I think that the watch file could be simplified accordingly, isn't?
