Looking at the bug report, I only see mention of the licenses that are available on ftp.gnu.org. However, the message from Dan says "Checking the FSF website". I would not call ftp.gnu.org an "FSF website", so I'm a little confused. I will make sure we update the addresses in ftp.gnu.org/gnu/Licenses. If there are additional areas that need to be updated, please give me more detail about where on the site they are.
