Yes there was no such version and I fixed the debian/changelog entry on Salsa.

Mattia, can you please upload the fix to the queue?

No worries! All I wanted is to understand what update strategy works best to 
ensure
Debian users of Kodi get updates in timely manner. I think I now have such 
understanding.
