It's hard for me to catch these before upload since I always tend to have the dev libs installed on my laptop which allows the binaries to work here. Sorry about that! In the short term, you can install libglib2.0-dev and things will work. For the longer term, I've added another patch to to the lepton-eda Debian package build and will report this case upstream.
