Dear Maintainer,

Trying to boot a recent sparc64 disc on this T5140, it dies on boot with

(The above is from manually loading the driver having moved it out of
/lib/modules to avoid any chance of automatic load on boot, but the error
/output is the same, as far as I can tell.)

It turns out this is a relatively recent phenomenon - 5.6.0-1-sparc64-smp
doesn't do it, for example.

Also interesting and complicating for bisecting, if you boot a kernel
version that "works", and then warm reboot, even "bad" kernel revisions will
function normally until a cold power cycle, so presumably there's some state
initialization that is no longer being done (correctly) in recent kernels?
Will continue to investigate...

System otherwise functions as expected if you apply module_blacklist="niu".

(Didn't include network state b/c it's currently booted with the module
blacklisted...)
