This cannot be RC: the libxml2-python2.3 was a dummy package in sarge,
and we only support upgrade from a release to the next one.

If you want smooth upgrade, first upgrade to sarge and then to testing
(or unstable)

I haven't decided if it's important to fix or not yet.
