Package: bind9
Version: 1:9.16.22-1~deb11u1
Severity: normal
File: /lib/systemd/system/named-resolvconf.service
Dear Maintainer,
Upon upgrading from buster to bullseye, the bind9-resolvconf.service
unit was renamed to named-resolvconf.service. However, the previous unit
name was not retained as an alias, causing it to fail to start if it had
previously been enabled using the old name.
I suggest adding an alias in the [Install] section, in the same way as
was done for named.service:
# /lib/systemd/system/named-resolvconf.service
[Install]
Alias=bind9-resolvconf.service
Thanks.
