Dear Maintainer,

I attached file to outgoing mail in mutt.
File name has cyrillic symbols.
Number of cyrillic symbols in file name is bigger than approximately forty
symbols.

In this case attached file has broken name in attachment in mutt (the file name
is truncated to approximately forty symbols).
So recipient's MUA receive broken file name in attachment.
For example google mail named that attachment file as "noname".

It is expected nontruncated file name in attachment or warning message in case
of file name truncating or warning message in status line should be in this
case.

This was fixed in Mutt 1.12.0. I believe this ticket can be closed.
