Package: iscan Version: 2.30.4-2 Severity: important Dear Maintainer,
The "Save Options" dialog is not displayed when scanning to a file. This effectively makes iscan unusable in scenarios where multiple successive scans are required because the overhead of using the file destination dialog on each scan is too great. Why was this dialog removed from earlier versions? Is there a workaround via a configuration file? -- System Information: Debian Release: bookworm/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 5.14.15 (SMP w/8 CPU threads) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_PROPRIETARY_MODULE, TAINT_WARN, TAINT_OOT_MODULE Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE not set Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages iscan depends on: ii iscan-data 1.39.2-1 ii libc6 2.33-1 ii libgcc-s1 [libgcc1] 11.2.0-13 ii libglib2.0-0 2.70.2-1 ii libgtk2.0-0 2.24.33-2 ii libltdl7 2.4.6-15 ii libsane 1.0.32-4 ii libsane1 [libsane] 1.0.32-4 ii libstdc++6 11.2.0-13 ii libusb-1.0-0 2:1.0.24-3 ii libxml2 2.9.12+dfsg-5+b1 Versions of packages iscan recommends: ii gimp 2.10.28-1 iscan suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
