the montage-wrapper package was an attempt to wrap the binaries from the "montage" package into a Python package. Since the "montage" package now offers native python wrapping, the wrapper is not needed any longer and is abandoned upstream (github repository is archived). It now became incompatible to its dependencies (mainly astropy).
We should follow upstream and just remove it from the archive. There are no reverse dependencies (just some Recommends in the debian-astro task packages).
