I may have wrote misleading:

It need these options to tag the architecture
        dhcp-vendorclass=ARM32,PXEClient:Arch:00010
        dhcp-vendorclass=ARM64,PXEClient:Arch:00011
and these options to send them the PROXYDHCP
        dhcp-boot=tag:ARM32,default,192.168.160.19
        dhcp-boot=tag:ARM64,default,192.168.160.19
