libreoffice 7.2.3-1 had a broken changelog accidentially including 7.3.0~alpha1-6 changelogs and making 7.2.3-1 a "successor" of said 7.3.0~alpha1-6. See https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1000605 That was fixed in -2 - by removing said stuff, see https://salsa.debian.org/libreoffice-team/libreoffice/libreoffice/-/commit/4ae0cd949473bd84702798c14d5d33d44895be64 - but that never was corrected itself in the BTS. It assumes that what was in the changelog was correct.
