Dear Maintainer,
Situation: Developing in a check-out of the Zephyr project repository.
A lot of files from simulation runs had been deleted ("twister* in the
lines below)
Had switched branch, wanted to updated the tags database
Using ggtags from Emacs, the "Update tag files" menu item reported a
segmentation fault:

Segmentation fault

Deleting GPATH, GRTAGS and GTAGS and runnning "gtags" brought the
system back to a working state.
