Apparently this isn't the first time that dmraid has been bitten by this split-usr issue (and having to manually fiddle with the creation of the .so symlink) [1] Getting rid of this unnecessary complexity would solve this once and for all.

While speaking of getting rid off unnecessary complexity: Is the separate udeb build still needed? Apparently dmraid doesn't link against libselinux anymore (and even if it did, we do have a libselinux udeb nowadays)
