Yep that was my interpretation as well. Numba 0.55.1 needs libtbb-dev > 2021.04, and 2021.05 is in experimental getting some weird architectures tested. However libtbb is going to need a transition. Unfortunately numpy 0.55.1 breaks with numpy 1.22 which is also in experimental Diane
