In Gnuradio 3.10 some core blocks have been renamed resulting in gr-satellites no longer working properly. For example the 'sync_to_pdu' block from the gr-satellites package uses 'blocks.tagged_stream_to_pdu', which got moved from gnuradio.blocks to gnuradio.pdu in 3.10 resulting in a runtime failure when using sync_to_pdu from gr-satellites.
