I'm reporting this with a non-RC severity to avoid disrupting the libffi transition, because if a retry succeeds, we will be able to nudge that transition through without uploading a new version of glib2.0 and resetting the migration countdown. However, it's really RC (as per the release team's RC criteria) so we should fix this after the transition has gone through.
That transition finished some time ago. So let's raise the severity. Paul
