I have excluded the source for shfmt in that version[1] So I do not think duplicated source is true anymore? I am not fully certain if it is a good idea, since shfmt is already available as a git repo, and also as a Debian package, so I do not follow as to why this should be a monorepo? Also, if you look even "gosh" is a part of mvdan-sh and it is also in the archive as a separate package; so if you are merging, even gosh should be merged?
