Package: firefox
Severity: important

In the libc6 update to version 2.3.6-7, LD_ASSUME_KERNEL is broken
(see also bug reports #365647, #364338, and #364516).

The has also severe consequences for the startup script of firefox,
which contains LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.2.5.

Starting firefox gives the following error messages:
grep: error while loading shared libraries: libc.so.6: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory
cut: error while loading shared libraries: libc.so.6: cannot open shared
object file: No such file or directory
sed: error while loading shared libraries: libc.so.6: cannot open shared
object file: No such file or directory
