It is not possible to edit the ID3-v2 Tags with "view file info". With
the version in testing ("xmms_1.2.10+cvs20050809-5") it was possible.
Instead of the old ID3v2 - ID3v1 - MPEG window, the window already known
from OGG editing is shown. But xmms use only the ID3v2 tags (if exist)
for the playlist so this is a realy ugly bug.
