Please drop "qemu" package from Recommends. It makes no sense, qemu is
a dummy no-op package for a few debian releases already and is going away.

And there's one more interesting thing there: you also Recommend
binfmt-support *and* qemu-user-static. I *think* (without looking
at the actual package contents) you don't want to recommend
binfmt-support, unless you especially deal with binfmt *in your
package*. qemu-user-static already *depends* on binfmt-support to
register their own binfmts, if your Recommends on binfmt-support
was due to this only, - please let qemu do its own work here :)
But if you register your own binfmts, that's fine to have it in
Recommends ofcourse.
