please remove cutter from Debian Unstable: * the last time cutter has been in a stable release was with Debian 9 Stretch (aka oldoldstable at the time of writing). * It is orphaned since 2017. (https://bugs.debian.org/885922) * It has an open RC bugs since 2017 (https://bugs.debian.org/446343, reports is older, but got bumped to RC in 2017) and nobody cared. Even worse: Actually the RC bug was against 1.03 and said to be fixed in 1.04 upstream, but nobody closed it when 1.04 got uploaded a few months later. And nobody seems to have noticed that until now. * Additionally, even cutter 1.04 seems not to work properly with the current nf_conntrack kernel module, see comments #23 and #24 on https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cutter/+bug/240147 * Installation number is more or less constantly declining since 2015 (below 100 now) and "vote" is single digit for about a year now: https://qa.debian.org/popcon-graph.php?packages=cutter * There is no newer version than 1.04 from 2015 on http://www.digitage.co.uk/digitage/files/cutter/ (i.e. looks dead upstream) Thanks in advance!
