Package: console-tools
Version: 1:0.2.3dbs-62
Severity: minor

vt-is-UTF8 prints error messages on stderr, but follows them up with
usage information on stdout. First of all the usage info doesn't help
at all in most case of errors since they are not usage related and
secondly it really should print the usage information on stderr, too.

Only when called with --help it should print the usage on stdout.

Gruesse,
        Frank Lichtenheld
