additional note: I tried to add this package first time here: https://alioth-lists.debian.net/pipermail/pkg-nginx-maintainers/2018q4/000710.html Later I tried to contact with the package maintainer, with still no luck. I also prepared the package in Salsa: https://salsa.debian.org/airween/nginx/-/tree/modsecurity I know, this is very outdated, but I think this would be a good start. If anybody has any question, please let me know. a.
