Hi,

During a rebuild of all packages in sid, your package failed to build
on amd64.

Thanks for the report! There was some recent improvements to dh_octave that
made some of the hacks I'd been using to build PHCpack's Octave interface
unnecessary. I've done a little work already to get this fixed, and will
upload a new package soon once I've finished.
