I am building osra (#682760) with gocr-dev. During configuration stage, osra attempts to include gocr-dev headers and ultimately fails due to pnm.h trying to '#include "config.h"'. This header file is built by gocr, but not installed. Adding the following to debian/gocr-dev.install solves the issue: include/*.h usr/include/gocr I noticed gocr is in need of adoption (#974153).
