I'd like to skip experimental and go to unstable by today or tomorrow.
Also there are are deb files you can use as artifacts from the latest
salsa CI run:

Confirmed fixed with those packages.
A new upload of geos to unstable will follow once doxygen 1.9.4 is in
unstable and the severity of this issue becomes serious.
