The debian/ directory including debian/patches is currently licensed under
GPL-3+.
As the patches are not exempt from that license the resulting binaries have to
comply with GPL-3+ as well.
This causes a problem for reverse dependencies that have incompatible licenses,
e.g., monero includes files
licensed under RSA-MD.
Umh. Personally I don't care at all about which license to use for my work.
And while quite some code in debian/ is written by me, it is based on prior
work there, and not everything is mine. Patches are mine though.
Would you please consider relicensing at least debian/patches?
I wonder how this can be done for the other parts...
I've added entry for d/patches/* for now.
Thanks,
