Please install libqt6webenginecore6-bin package. Missing dependency is a bug in Qt WebEngine, it is fixed in experimental branch [1] and will be fixed in unstable after the transition [2] is approved. I don't want to add it as dependency in retext because Qt WebEngine itself is optional and is not available on all architectures.
