The newest release of Nautilus, version 43, has switched to GTK4 and includes major changes in the extensions API. nautilus-wipe will need to be converted to GTK4 and make other changes for the new version. Nautilus 43 is available in Debian Experimental. When we upload nautilus 43 to Debian Unstable, we will need to remove nautilus-wipe from Testing unless this bug is fixed, because the extension will no longer build from source and will no longer work.
