Confirming I'm also seeing this bug after an upgrade of my desktop to bullseye.
It worked fine in buster (kde-plasma-desktop 5:102), though I freely confess I have no idea which underlying KDE component or package is invovled. Looks like this is upstream bug #413104 - I confirmed the bug is only present when using "Desktop" layout, not "Folder View". -- Ivan Kohler
