Package: fai-kernels Version: 1.8.2 Severity: normal When making no change to my fai installation other than the kernel being used, the serial console is used correctly by the 2.4 kernel, but the 2.6 kernel fails to properly initialize/write to/use the serial console. This makes it more difficult to track down installation problems.
