pmix 4.2.0 is just released, i'm uploading to experimental.

Thanks Alistair.  At this point we can send 4.2.0 straight to unstable 
since pmix already got broken here, needs to be fixed.

Would be good to send future major versions to experimental first 
though, i.e. 4.3.0rc1 when its time comes. Upstream seems to reliably 
break things every major release.
