Hello,

this patch broke kali support:
https://salsa.debian.org/cloud-team/waagent/-/commit/dd8f1771d89bd255f96938f080b02b889da79ad7

The import of "DebianOSBaseUtil" has been dropped while it's clearly used
further down the road:

    if distro_name == "kali":
        return DebianOSBaseUtil()

Please re-add the import statement. There's a merge request lying around
since one year:
https://salsa.debian.org/cloud-team/waagent/-/merge_requests/3

But that merge request restores it in the wrong order so that would still
keep a diff compared to upstream. I have ask the MR submitter to update
it.

Cheers,
